POWDER COATING

Note:

  • Custom option A - standard RAL colours
  • Custom option B - Chrome, Pearl, Candy or any other special RAL colours

Specifications:

  • Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat.
  • Because no carrier fluid evaporates away, the coating process emits few volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
  • It is usually used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint.

PLEASE NOTE

  • If you would like your metal item coloured, please purchase this at the same time, stating the colour that you would like from the options above.
  • This is a fixed price regardless of size, as most of the cost is in curing time and equipment cleaning.
